GM Feedback: Not knowing what the hell

I killed Algalon 10m yesterday, in order to get the title. The game bugged, most of the raid received "Starcaller", I did not. I received the triumph emblem, the ability to roll on loot, and I even grabbed an item from Algalon to ensure I could prove that I was there for the kill. I put a ticket in, asking for my title and achievement, and I got a response, riddle with errors, basically saying the following:

"You may have killed him but you dint have the quest. Kill Mim. Congratulations on your loot."

Never mind the item I have is a 226 chest piece, and I have a 264 piece. There is no quest required to get the Starcaller title or the achievement. Does Blizzard just hire GM's with absolutely no knowledge of the game? The achievement explicitly states "Defeat Algalon the Observer in 10-player mode." Why should I have to submit two tickets, over the course of 36 hours, for a simple fix which the first GM should have understood? Why do I even need to resubmit a ticket which should have been fixed for the first time? Is it really satisfactory for Activision customer support to take 20 seconds to brain-fart a petition response that a customer has waited 36 hours for?

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

I believe this thread has gone quite far enough down the road towards unproductivity. While you are certainly welcome to contest any ruling by the Game Master department or disagree with current policies Rrail, this is not the appropriate avenue to pursue such discussion. As others have mentioned, if you wish to comment on the performance of the Game Master that received your petition or the level of service of the Game Master department as a whole, please direct your thoughts to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com and it will be reviewed and addressed by a member of our management staff.

I’m going to be locking this thread as the name calling and quote-mongering is getting out of hand. The OP has been given the proper channels to voice their concerns and as such, further discussion in this medium seems less than promising.
