There is this player on my server who has been verbally harassing people for as long as I've been playing and almost undoubtedly even longer than that (which means for at least half a year). After countless sexual jokes and insults and after my reporting him over half a dozen times (maybe even a dozen by now) for both harassment and spam, he's still around making sexual remarks and attacking people.
I wish to send in a report, something more detailed than what the in-game report feature allows, but have been unable to find an email address. Could someone please give me some advice/info? I know I could just block him but we're talking about someone who has no friends, life, or responsibility and is online 24/7. We bump into each other a lot and he takes every chance he gets to humiliate, sexually harass, and attack every player he has on his crap list which, at this point, is probably just about everyone. It's unpleasant entering a raid party with him there almost all the time, especially when he starts throwing temper tantrums and telling people to deny certain players summons until they unignore him so he can harass them some more. Everyone ends up asking, "WTF is up with this?" and I don't understand how this sort of behavior has been allowed to occur for what could possibly be near a year or more after I've already reported him so many times.
