So, explain tome how my friend in Norway has his plushie already, while mine (ordered as soon as they were available) is still flagged as "processed' not shipped... More irritated since I paid for overnight service too.

That is something you'd need to check with Billing about, Derevka.

Could be a number of things, it's entirely possible your payment authorization hasn't cleared.
