It seems like Vaeflare from the Mod Squad moved you to where you could get some advice, Shelub. :)
As the others have indicated it seems that your account has been compromised and someone placed an Authenticator on your account.
You'll want to do two things immediately. First: Review the following thread on computer security.

You can do this while you are checking your system.
You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 8AM-8PM (PST) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.
Once you have regained access to your account, Shelub, and you have checked your system and updated your password check your characters. Submit an in-game petition reporting the compromise of your account. That report will be forwarded for further investigation and our teams will work to repair whatever damage was caused.
