Charge Back Paid - Characters Locked

Hey there,

I just rang Billing because due to my Credit Card being canceled due it being lost. I had a fair few Charge Backs on my account,

I rang and I paid the full amount I owe.
All my Characters expect my Warrior is Unlocked.

Please help
