I cant get into a battleground

I turned off experience gain so I can play Warsong Gulch at level 19 for awhile. I am no longer able to queue up for WSG. The wait is ridiculously long and says " average wait time unavailable". Am I doing something wrong?

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

You are not taking any incorrect steps to enter a battleground, Brokenarrow. As Katraelea mentioned, when you disable experience gain, you will only queue against those that have also disabled experience gain. If there are not enough people that have disabled experience joining to queue, a battleground will not start. This is not a bug, but rather a lack of eligible opponents.
