Did not receive item I won in LFD

I won a roll on Marrowstrike in H ToC (fyi I would not have rolled need on it if hunter didn't pass, but since hunter had better weapon and no one else wanted it and it is upgrade for me I rolled).

Anyone, it said I won the roll and that I had received the item, but I didn't actually get it in my inventory.

Can someone help me with this?

Though no restoration is ever guaranteed, Zackatana, we should be able to verify the item dropped and that you qualified for it. If possible we should be able to give it to you.

A Game Master will look into your request as soon as possible. Make sure you leave your petition open, we will be able to help you even if you have to log out for the evening.
