A GM closed my followup ticket while I was online without speaking to me and without my permission I had a few questions for him/her.

The GM responded with a message saying sorry we caught you offline... etc

1. I was not offline or AFK. (for the follow up ticket)
2. I waited all day cause I wanted a few things answered.
3. None of my questions got answered.
4. My was suspiciously closed a few minutes before 12:00am PST( I am pretty sure that most GM's don't hang around the office past then)

I don't want direct feedback about my ticket I want feedback as to why my ticket was responded to with a macro and closed while I was still online.
I will be leaving feedback.

Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.

This has been examined twice, and I see you now have a 3rd petition in, Nara.

There is no such thing as a 'ninja' loot in WoW. There may be scams, but that requires very specific rules being stated prior in the raid. We simply did not find that in this case.

There are many protections against this already, Nara.

First and foremost, is if you are with strangers, or folks you just don't know well enough to trust - don't run on Master Loot.

You are more than welcome to open another petition if you have other questions - or ask them here, I can try to see if they can be answered.
