Detheroc - Error Retrieving Character List

For at least the last half-hour Detheroc has been unusable. After Alt+F4, trying to get back in leaves you at "Error retrieving character list". Other servers in the battlegroup appear to be working.

There usually means that a continent or the entire realm went offline. It looks like earlier today Kalimdor went offline briefly and before that Northrend.

Our Technicians are working to bring it back as quickly as possible.

You are currently the only realm down because the realm is currently experiencing issues and no others are, at the moment. That is how computer systems work, for one reason or another they have an issue. There isn't a "fix it" button, Royal, depending on the issue it can take time to resolve the issue.

I understand your frustration, they are working on the issue and will have it resolved as quickly as possible. As soon as I have additional information I will pass it along.

The realm appears to be back up but keep in mind that our Technicians are still working on the overall issue so it may go offline again.

Ok, folks, it looks like everything should be up and running. Please let me know if you continue to have an issue and I'll see what I can find out.
