Paid Race Change Issue

I purchased a race change for this rogue this morning when the servers were still down and I cant choose which race yet, I keep getting this when I try to log on my rogue.

"You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete."

So obviously it is still going through the update process but my question is how long is this gonna take? If I read correctly it said the "next time" you log in you will be able to choose which race. Well the "next time" has turned in to the "next 20 times" and I still have no option yet to race change.

Can I get someone to shed some light on this please? Thanks for your time.

Many of the paid services, including the Character Race Change system, are taken down during maintenance. Therefore, it is not unheard of for players to encounter a delay with a request being completed if it was initiated during a maintenance period.

That being said, I have escalated this situation for further review to see if there are any other issues that may be causing additional delays. Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA for when an update may be available, but please continue to check back on those characters periodically.
