Death's verdict was ninja'd from the ToC25 run I was in earlier. Ticket is submitted but was wanting to make sure I don't waste my time, I'm pretty sure of this though. He stated nothing is reserved, everything is open roll including Death's verdict (You can look at chat logs of the players in my ticket). Raid leader ML'd it to the player that payed him for it then left the raid shortly after. Said it was an Misloot but the guy wasn't even in the same group as the winner. Everyone rolled and the player wasn't even close to the highest roll. Will the item be reimbursed to the winner and is action taken against ninja looters who do this?

If you've already submitted an in-game petition to allow our staff to investigate a potential scam, then you've taken the correct steps. Given the nature of such investigations, though, I'm not in a position to offer assurances regarding the outcome of your inquiry, but I can assure you that our Game Master staff will investigate the matter appropriately and take any and all appropriate action dictated by the circumstances.
