Subscription Pending

In the past when I've used "Bill to Phone" as a subscription option, it was immediatly updated, and the account was ready for use.

My account says ... Active (Expires: Feb 23, 2010) ... When that subscription was just setup today, and the account time officially expired yesterday, the 22nd.

If I go into payment history, it shows the following -- 2/22/10 $14.99 USD 1 Month Recurring Pending

Aside from the date being wrong (Since I set this subscription up today, the 23rd), is there any particular reason for the pending? I simply cannot stay on the phone for 90 minutes at a time waiting to speak with a Blizzard representative.
I have never had issues in the past with this, and I'm wondering if there's any information you could give me as to why it's still labeled as pending.

While this process will normally take less than it few hours, It can actually take up to 24 hours for a subscription being billed to your home phone to be successfully added, Teegs. As for the date discrepancy, the date that is being displayed is when your previous subscription ended. I apologize if this has caused you any confusion and thank you for your patience throughout this process.

If you simply go back to the "Change Payment Method" section listed in account management and enter the new/correct billing information, this should cancel out any unsuccessful/pending attempts and begin processing the new billing information in its place.
