Can't Buy Authenticator from Australia?

My wife's account was hacked today. There's a ticket in progress right now, and I jumped onto the store to buy a couple of authenticators. When I get to the checkout, I get the message "We currently cannot ship to this address." It's a residential address in Australia, and we're on the list of countries that the store ships to.

I tried to call the support phone number, only to learn that it's a local portal to a US number, and so is closed.

I've tried the European store to see the same message. I started on the Korean store, but kept ending up on the 'manage account' page for some reason.

Is there a local distributor? Or some store bug? Am I just being monumentally stupid (something not to be discounted)?

The second is the authenticator for the U.S.
The first is the authenticator for 'everywhere else' (Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Latin America). This is the one you want.
