Does Blizzard EVER answer the billing line???

I have been trying to restore my account for 4 weeks!! I can not gain access I have entered my correct email, game code, you name it and it wont let me in, I have emailed Blizzard 4 times and have received generic emails back letting me know what to do and it still does not work. I call everyday for 30-40 min trying to reach someone and it tells me to call at a later time, WHAT CAN I DO?? Blizzard may have the worst customer service I have ever had!

If anyone has any suggestions on how to contact someone who will actually help me please do :(

I encourage you to continue contacting our Billing Department over the phone, Superfunsize. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with many account recovery issues via e-mail, and require players call our Billing Department directly so that they can verify account information.
