Well, you have my sympathy with the sibling issue - but as others have stated, siblings aren't allowed to share accounts and it is your responsibility to make sure your account stays secure.

There is a two hour window to sell back a 'mistake' and there are also multiple warning windows one must click through warning that gemming/enchanting and such will make it no longer possible to refund an item of this nature.

Your first petition was read, and I do see you have a second open, but I fear it won't be any more productive than the first. Just as a word of warning, dropping catch-phrases won't get you around our policies, saying HACKED in all caps really doesn't add a lot to this scenario under these circumstances.....
