Tonight, I tried to be slick, I opted out to go on the Spanish speaking line to see if I would receive the same message. I didn't I was put on hold. After 20 minutes of waiting a person in Spanish picked up. This is how the convo went.
-Blizz Op - ( Something in Spanish)
-Me - Hi Ive been calling for weeks now, I'm unable to get a hold of anyone through the normal English support line, could you please help me.
-Blizz Op - ( Something in Spanish)
-> I then get transferred to the BEGINNING only to be greeted by the same heavy call message and my phone call is disconnected.
My account has an authenticator setup on it (I do not have one, nor never did, someone set one up and now is using my account)
I tried emailing Blizz to get an automated response to fill out a PDF and then send it back to them. ( PDF link is BROKEN!!)
Blizzard I just want access to my battle.net account again.
