Can't need roll on items?

I've noticed this a few times now. When I'm in a dungeon and something pops up that I need, I can't press the button. It's not greyed out or anything, it's just stuck. I've lost quite a few good items because of this. Before you go calling me a ninja, my entire group gave me permission and the latest item in question was a cloth robe with intellect and spell power bonuses. I'm a mage. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem? I did notice that if more than one item was being rolled for and the boxes stacked up, I could need roll on all the items but the bottom one. Is there a way to fix this? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

The issues may not be the same, Hellan. In the OP's case it is likely a setting or a UI issue is preventing them from being able to roll Need on the item. In such a case I would recommend resetting their User Interface to see if that corrects it.

In your case the item in question not being able to be rolled on by some people is a known issue that we hope to have resolved in an upcoming patch. I am sorry for what inconvenience this may cause you in the meantime.
