Bleeding Hollow Down - Blue Tracker

This is a disgrace.

I can not log into Bleeding Hollow. I can get to the character selection screen but I can not actually log into the game. I get disconnected. If I try another server I have no problems, so it has nothing to do with me.

I am a professional person who required professional service. If this is not rectified immediately I will consider persuing damages. So far this month there has been 2 days I have not been able to play but I have been paying for. I will be contacting my lawyer regarding this if this problem is not solved immediately and I am given an extension of 2 days to my account.

This issue was already being looked into when I got in for the morning, folks. While I do not have any additional details to provide at this time, this is definitely something our Technicians are looking to resolve as quickly as possible.

The idea that we are purposefully leaving realms offline to "save money" is a bit ridiculous. We are actively working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue; however, due to the nature of the issue at hand this is not something that can be quickly resolved. Our Technicians are in the process of making adjustments and hope to restore access to the realm as quickly as possible.

If you are looking to acquire compensation for the downtime experienced this morning, please feel free to voice your thoughts on the Suggestions Forum so that your requests can be reviewed by the appropriate parties responsible for such compensation.

Please feel free to log in at this time, but please be aware that many of the world servers are currently launching and the "World Server is down" error message may be displayed for a few more minutes depending on where your character was last logged in.

On that note, you may notice that the realm will be restarting in just a few minutes to pick up a few changes that have been made. We do not expect this issue to persist following the restart, but please bring any issues to our attention once the realm has been brought back online.
