we didn't say anything such as "we will be giving the mammoth to anyone" nor did we say "if a mammoth drops nexim cant have it" to clarify, however when stuff dropped we said "hutners roll" etc.
Having looked into this situation personally, I can confidently state that the specifics are abundantly clear. I can also confidently state that the Game Master in question handled the situation correctly and in accordance with our policies.

that is exactly what happened. everyone rolled someone rolled a 100. we told them just because they rolled doesnt mean they get it and i got it. different levels of service is not only misleading but leaves a sour taste in many peoples mouths. i will continue to master loot myself loot what i want so long as i am the raid leader. i will continue to tell people they are not getting an item because i have it on reserve.

Based on my investigation, that isn't quite how things went down, I'm afraid. I've refrained from clarifying further out of a sense of decorum, but I will do so if necessary. I'll thank you to please refrain from further misrepresenting this situation in this thread.
It's always wise to be straight up with the people you raid with regarding how you intend looting to work and what your expectations are. That will probably help you avoid further unfortunate situations in the future.
