Can't change battle.net email

Hey, I'm having trouble changing my battle.net email address. When I fill in all the information it asks for to change my email, it simply gives me an empty red box next to the email portion of the form. I know my secret answer is correct, because I tried it in parental controls and had no problems. Currently I have tried to address the issue by using Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox, neither of which seemed to do the trick. Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

If clearing the browser's cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files does not resolve the issue, please try using a different browser altogether. Should the issue persist, please have him call our Billing Department using one of the following numbers:
