"tiny" loot card issues

Ok first time poster long time reader here.

I collect and used to play the TCG also. I just redemed the tiny loot card. Yes I went to the correct site. chose the correct county/realm.

I double checked them before I clicked on submit. When it went to the next screen to give me my ingame code to use with landro it said that I redemed it for a EU server not a NA server.

I have already been on the UDE TCG forums looking for something about this and it says once you click submit and recieve your ingame code it is no longer their issue but blizzards.

Any help would be appreciated
