Deathbringer's Will- +600 agi/str/etc, 30 seconds

Phylactery- +918 spell, 20 seconds

600 agi = 700 spell power 700 spell power *1.5 duration = 1050 spell power

the phylactery would need to be +1050 spell power to be equivalent to Deathbringer's will

The Phylactery of the Nameless Lich's proc is a little underbudget and we plan to correct that in an upcoming patch.
