Achievement Bug (Hotter Streak)

Hi I would like to talk with a Customer Service Representative

I was not credited for my hotter streak achievement last night which is the only thing left standing in my way from arena master title

I've played 1500 games on this toon in arena and finally won over 10 in a row!

Last night I won 14 games straight above 2200 rating but did not receive credit it's just bugged at 1/10

thats the matches to prove that I did that. Also the priest on my 5s team failed to receive it also.

My apologizes for this inconvenience - this is a known issue at the moment and will hopefully be addressed soon.

You can petition if you like and we can have this looked into. While it's true Game Masters cannot grant achievements, in certain cases - especially with a known issue, we can send your information along for research.

I cannot guarantee this will be granted, but we can look into it for you.
