Are We Done With Balance Changes Until Cata?

In regards to PvP, I'm concerned about Blizzard having the "wait until Cataclysm" approach. If a class is overpowered I feel that it deserves to be nerfed regardless of whether a new expansion is coming out or not. Many top players feel that Warriors and Hunters are doing a bit too much damage right now in PvP:

That said, I would like to compliment the devs on making so many classes and specs viable. I really doubted it could be done but there is a lot more diversity in arenas right now and it makes the game a lot more interesting. I just hope for expedience when dealing with classes that are overpowered instead of letting them run wild for months and months (or until the end of the expansion) before anything is done.

So are we done with balance changes now until Cataclysm or is there a hope that PvP balance in this expansion is still on Blizzard's radar?
