Honestly, this is absurd. You are a community manager, you should be far above just going around trolling your playerbase like this. I always liked how the CMs were taking players issues seriously and it actually convinced me that they cared. But all these joke posts recently? I understand that it's April 1st, but seriously, enough is enough.
I don't need to mention about how how you've completely ignored the more serious topics coming up, or how when some player talks about one of the things he really wanted to be part of this game for a long time you just throw in another joke there.

Negatives of crabby
It takes a rather sour mind to think of something bad about crabby, I don't like to think of myself as a sour mind. But a crustacean of crabby's elegance and caliber might incite envy in the less prestige crabs, the shiny shell, the suave manners, I suggest you dismiss your crab-hunter pets when near this crab-of-the-people.
Personally I think all CMs need to reply in haiku. The lack of poetry in Blizzard's customer service is really disgusting.
