I agree (and also noticed this was moved to customer support) with everyone. I have yet to report someone for selling stuff on the AH, I was just curious about the ramifications (if any)of buying bulk ore from a botter.
Well, it is difficult to verify, from a player point of view, that a person gained the items they are placing on the Auction House illicitly. Sheer volume alone does not denote a bot and many people sell items at what may be considered a reduced cost.
If you suspect a character is a bot or is otherwise suspect, I'd encourage you to report it. There is no harm in us taking a look and if nothing nefarious is found they will never know we were there.
