Faction change = no Twilight highlands portal

I completed all the quests for twilight highlands when i was on alliance then i did a faction change and now the portal doesnt work. I've read several posts on this and most were just fixed by game master. i would appreciate this very much :) or hell if someone can tell me where to start the quest chain to open the portal on my own that would be okay too. thanks :)

I believe the posts you may have read were misleading, Shieldnblade. Such matters cannot be resolved by our In-Game Support staff, as it isn't usually an issue that requires "fixing". In several of the Cataclysm areas there are both Neutral and faction specific quests within the line. When you Faction Change, the neutral quests remain as is but the quests you did on your previous faction are not swapped for the new faction's version.

In order to recover the portal/match the phase you were in last, you must do those faction specific quests. In your case, you'll need to speak with Friz Groundspin who I believe is located at the Southern Rocketway Terminus in Azshara.
