Realm first title/achiev after free transfer?

Hello,

My guild just took a free server transfer to a low population server where we are now the top guild. With how quickly some guilds are progressing through hard modes, we are concerned that we may be in a position to kill Heroic Lich King before 60 days have passed since our transfer.

Does the 60 day restriction on realm-first achievements and titles apply to free transfers? If it does, what would happen if we kill Heroic Lich King before the 60 days, but no one else on the server does? Would we be able to get the title after the 60 days have passed, or would it be forever lost to the server? What if we have 1-2 players who have been on the server for longer than 60 days, would they get the achievement but no one else?
