Not getting achievement

I just went 10-0 in 2s and did not get the achievement hot streak. Is there a reason for this?

We are aware of an issue which is currently preventing players from complete the achievement Hot Streak. We hope to see this issue resolved as quickly as possible; however, I am unable to provide any specific estimate as to when this issue will be resolved. My apologies for any inconvenience experienced in the meantime.

Good luck in your arena matches moving forward, nonetheless!
