Trial Account Upgrade Issue

Yesterday at 2:30 PM ET (from my email) I upgraded this trial account to a full account. As of now, 10:30 am ET (20 hours later), I still cant trade, send tells, join a guild, talk in general chat, or accept mail. Since I have triple experience, but regular gold, It's making it very hard to level since I spend 90% of my gold on new skills (I get them 3 times as fast as usual), and most of whats left on ammo... leaving little to none for a mount or items needed to level my professions. My recruiter account has mailed me gold and items, but I can't accept them until the communication restriction is lifted. The upgrade said I would be "upgraded in minutes", which obviously hasn't happened...

I've leveled past 20, so the level restriction has been lifted, but everything else hasn't. What's the hold-up? Is there an ETA for when I will have the full game?

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

As stated on the account upgrade page, the full upgrade process can take up to 72 hours. The level and profession restrictions are lifted at the time of upgrade, but social, guild, and mail interactions will remain unavailable until the pending upgrade has processed. This is a normal part of the trial to full account upgrade process. I do very much apologize for the inconvenience Malanda.
