Still having the online/offline issue, and is only one on the list it seems.

We are currently working to bring Suramar up as quickly as possible. I'm afraid I do not have many details at this time; however, I can assure you that this remains a highest priority.

Thank you for your patience.

It WAS up, not anymore.

It looks as if the realm is online and players are logged in; however, the realm is being displayed as offline on the realm selection screen. We're currently investigating this and attempting to resolve it as quickly as we can.

Can I have each of you check you realm lists once more? Is Suramar currently being displayed as online?

Just to let you know that once again the server is not up and despite what the server status page says i can't log on. I log in to a server list and Suramar is once again greyed out. I'm frankly sick and tired of people pulling my chain here. Is this going to actualy going to be fixed or what here or am i going to have to sit here and wait while i'm fed another line of BS about how hard people are trying to get the servers up. Just actualy make a decision and keep to it just stop it with the back and forth and saying the server is up but, you log in to a grey'd out Suramar.

As previously mentioned, we are continuing to monitor this issue and have noticed a similar issue occurring. I've notified the appropriate parties that despite the realm being online and available to a number of players it is currently displaying as offline on the realm select screen.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The realm is currently online and can be logged into right at this moment. Accordingly, I encourage you to all log in at this time while we continue to investigate the cause of the realm being displayed as offline sporadically.

Thanks again for your patience.

I will continue to post as soon as I notice the realm displaying as online to assist you all in your efforts to get back into the game as quickly as possible; however, please be aware that the status is changing from online to offline sporadically so it is impossible for me to predict exactly how long it will be available. Once logged in, gameplay appears to be unaffected, though.

We're currently working as quickly as possible to diagnose and correct the issue as quickly as we can, everyone.

As previously mentioned, we are aware that the realm is being displayed as offline sporadically despite the realm itself being online. I am merely trying to give everyone a "heads up" of sorts as soon as I notice the realm being displayed as online once more. Generally speaking, if I announce that the realm is displaying as online there in a small window in which players may be able to log in before it is displayed as offline. Please be aware that we know this issue is ongoing and that the realm may display as offline again after a few minutes.

We believe we have isolated the issue and have made the appropriate changes to resolve this issue moving forward. While we were in the process of making the adjustments players may have been disconnected briefly, but it looks as if this issue may have been resolved as a result. I encourage each of you to try logging in once more at this time.

Please let us know if you experience any further issues.
