Accidentally downgraded wrong emblems

So... as the topic says.. I accidentally downgraded frost emblems to triumph. Not just a couple.. but 60 so that I could use them to buy gems. If it were like.. 6... I wouldn't care.

I was told the service to restore the emblems is not available and I'm just out of luck. Why is this? Why can't we have a refund option on these to sell them back to the vendor like we have for everything else now? How is the service to restore them not available?

Because they are a stacking item - and stacks are a rather unique case.

You are certainly more than welcome to bring this up to our developers on the Suggestion Forum if you'd like.
