Hi, my parents opened an account a few years ago. They quit after a while of playing and have just now wanted to join back up. The problem is though, that when they tryed to connect to battlenet it said they do not have any games with the account.

And when we tried to re-add the game keys it said that they were already claimed. So now we are not sure what to do, and do not want to go buy another $90 set of discs (although I am sure you guys would love that.)

Any help would be great.

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

Tandaa is correct, Fuglah, each CD/Authentication Key is only used once. What your parents may need to do is merge their existing World of Warcraft accounts into Battle.net accounts. This can be done from the Battle.net Account Management page (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=26503), or through a quick phone call to our Billing & Account Services department.
