My 5's team did not receive points even though we finished our 10 games before system reset. All a GM could say was "hmmm seems like you were too close to the system reset" and they claim its simply out of their hands to give me the arena points i earned. The first GM said "we suggest you try playing games earlier" the next one said "arena points reset before system reset"
weird to me that GM's cant give the same answer
From what ive heard from other players, i've heard some say "i had the same issue before and they awarded me my arena points" and others saying "yeah i never knew the arena points reset before the system reset until this happened to me"
please link the information that informs wow players of this reset . and i am not talking a blue post on a different forum.
At the end of each week, your Team Rating is used to calculate how many Arena Points your team will receive for the week. Your team must have fought a minimum of ten matches per week to be rewarded with Arena Points, and a player must have been in at least 30% of all your matches to be eligible for that week's points. It is important to note that the points you receive in a given week is determined by only one team, and not from a combination of all your teams. (this is the best I can find, from the official worldofwarcraft.com arena page)
as this information is not available to players I think its unfair that I am simply given a "oh well....now you know that the arena point reset is before the system reset"
please dont give me "this isn't new information, everyone has known this for a long time" as the only people who knew that are people who already do arena and have heard from other people. I am newer to arena.
