American Express gift card.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Today I went out and bought an American Express gift card to pay for my subscription. I clicked the American Express icon and it says I need to put the car holders name. What do I put for that. Also when I put in the card number it says it is the wrong number but im positive its the right number. Please help.

Odds are the card information had to be activated and added to it. When you put in information it should match your name, zip code, etc. A reason we do not officially support gift credit cards is not all of them have the information available for verification.
