Urgent Maintenance - Multiple Realms - Feb 11

Greetings, all--

As you are likely aware, a number of realms were taken offline to perform urgent maintenance. We anticipated this downtime to last approximately six hours (5:00 AM to 11:00 AM PST); however, it appears that we will be able to complete this maintenance quicker than we expected. We are currently in the process of bringing these realms back online as soon as possible.

We will continue to monitor this issue throughout the day, so please let us know if you experience any further issues. In an effort to keep these reports isolated to a single location, we must ask that you keep all related discussion of this issue within this thread. All additionally created threads will be locked and/or deleted to ensure that information can be easily found and relayed to the appropriate parties.

We greatly appreciate your patience and hope to see you back in the game as soon as possible.

Also, please be aware that we are currently addressing an unrelated issue which is affecting a number of realms not included within the urgent maintenance.

While I do not have any additional details to provide, I can assure you that we are working as quickly as possible to make the necessary adjustments so that you all may log in once more. We are currently unable to provide an estimate regarding when these realms will be brought back online; however, we do not anticipate these login issues to persist much longer.

I actually just finished speaking with a Realm Technician regarding this issue. They are currently investigating this with the hopes of bringing it back online as quickly as possible.

Detheroc is currently being restarted to address the battleground and instance issues reported earlier.
