Be reimbursed for the Emblems of Frost I was unable to get because the LFG feature was unplayable during the time I was available to play? Frost>Game time, and I'd rather them give me my Frost Emblems due to their mistakes rather than 1 day of playing time.

No.

We are unable to provide reimbursement for an item that would have or might have been acquired if certain conditions were fulfilled. Nor are we likely to offer something that could potentially confer an in-game advantage or prove disruptive as compensation.

If you feel that this situation merits compensation, then you can certainly request it via our Suggestions forum. If you do not feel that game time is an appropriate method of providing compensation then you can suggest alternative forms of compensation there.
