Silvermoon Unplayable Again

I feel like a broken record yet no reason has been given about this issue but 'we are looking into it'. Why blizzard? I'm tired of calling raids because people can't even get passed the loading screen.

Please help me gather the information related to this issue and post in the following thread: (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=23141114035&sid=1). I will be locking any additional threads discussing the Latency, in an effort to help with the consolidation of this issue. This will help me track the issue better and ensure that everyone is aware of updates when they are made available to me.
