Extended Downtimes

So yeah we keep getting extended maintenance delay messages that it was taking longer then expected and it keeps getting extended by 1 hour. Now this is the only day off I have each week and most of it has been spent waiting for the servers to come back up from maintenance. Half the time the delay is always extended, but today is just beyond ridiculous. Now I understand the concept of wanting to make the experience good for everyone, but half the servers are already up and none of mine are up, I routinely go through this week by week (just not to this extent)

So what can I do to get additional compensation for this type of loss in my gaming experience?

Actually, extended maintenance is quite rare, though I admit that it can be hard to appreciate that when you are facing the situation directly. Our staff are currently hard at work to address issues that have been discovered over the course of maintenance and we will continue to provide updates regarding the status of the realms as we proceed.

You can acquire updates at the following locations:

If you wish to request compensation for unanticipated maintenance delays, the only appropriate method to do so is via a constructive post on our Suggestions forum to that effect. We are unable to process requests for compensation via the Customer Service forum.
