This problem just started happening this morning. I played last night and everything was fine then when I tried to login today I put in my password and it goes to connecting but never actually connects or moves any further then that. I'm using a mac and have tried clearing the cache and restarting modem and computer.

Hi, Kruegarhwa

First, I want you remove any security software you have installed. This includes Norton and PeerGuardian. You may need to reboot after removing the software.

Then, clear the temp files by removing 3 folders from the WoW folder.
1. Navigate to /Applications/World of Warcraft/
2. Delete the Cache folder.
3. Move Interface and WTF to the Desktop.
4. Launch WoW.

If that fails, power cycle your network devices.
1. Unplug your modem and router (if you have one.)
2. Let them set for 30-60 seconds.
3. Plug them back in modem first, then the router.
4. Reboot your computer.
5. Test WoW.

Now, if both of these fail, you'll need to flush the DNS.
1. Navigate to /Applications/Utilities and launch Terminal.
2. Copy/Paste the following:
For Leopard (10.5):
dscacheutil -flushcache
For Tiger (10.4) and Panther (10.3):
lookupd -flushcache
3. Press return.
4. Test WoW.

Please, let me know if this works or not. Thanks!
