Missing Love Tokens and bugged lovely charms

I play on an Oceanic server so heres what I think:
After 12:00 my server time the Valentines event goes live on my server. I do the first spray perfume/throw chocolates at 10 people daily and get 5 love tokens. I follow the detective storyline up until Crushing the Crown. I go to Crystal song forest,get my wagon and 5 Crown Sprayer kills then stick to collect lovely charms which drop off the sprayers for the 4 charm bracelets to give to the 4 faction leaders.

At around 37 lovely charms we went to SFK to see if we could find the quest NPC - of course instance servers based on US time we zoned into a timezone where love tokens could not possibly exist so the 5 I had were removed from my bags. I think the little internal flag that allows me get lovely charms during the holiday was reset as well. I'm not sure which quest activates it, but all the leadup and breadcrumb quests for the event can only be done once, meaning I might be royally screwed for lovely charms.

Can I have those tokens returned and flag reset, or do I have to ticket in game?

As an update, this issue appears to have been resolved. Your Love is in the Air items should remain safely within your inventory when you enter instances. :)
