Sorry, Eleyse, the Mal'ganis issue occurred right as we received a lot of other threads regarding ongoing latency. I kept trying to get an update on the status of the realm but I got a tad busy elsewhere.
As you know Mal'ganis should be online and accepting players once again. I had originally updated the smaller of the two threads on this.

I was trying to do a random dungeon on my mage and I keep dc'ing on the load screen. I can log into other characters, but my mage is stuck in limbo.
It should be accessible once instances come back online. I'm looking into it now to see if I can get an update.
Though we hope to have the instances back online as soon as possible you may want to submit an in-game petition from an alternate character if your character is stuck. Make sure you include the name of the character in the petition and include the word "Stuck". A Game Master will be along as quickly as they can to try and move the character.
