Dungeon Finder- Sachel of Helpful Goods

Ok, I can use the Dungeon Finder just fine. Though it says everytime you complete a random dungeon using the finder, you will be awarded the "Sachel of Helpful Goods" and some money. A couple things I am wondering about.....1. I seem to only get these when I get the achievment ( hinting you can only recieve one sachel per instance)
2. when there is more than one instance to a dungeon, I get nothing from the dungeon finder. I. E SM graveyard, killed main guy and didn't get goods.

So, my question is, what exactly is the pre-requisite to get the sachel of goods? As far as I have found it is only to use dungeon finder for a random dungeon. If this happens to anyone else please let me know! Or if anyone can clear this up I would appreciate it! Thanks

The following response was written by one of our new teammates. Because they are still in training and do not yet possess a forum account of their own, they shall be posting via proxy through me.

Each random dungeon you complete, after killing the associated “boss” NPC should award a Satchel of Helpful Goods. If your inventory is full at the time of completion, the satchel should be sent to your mailbox instead. Are you experiencing this issue with any other dungeons Olaedora, or just Scarlet Monastery’s Graveyard?
