E-mail response times will vary depending on the current queue of e-mails for the department in question. In the case of an authenticator, you can wait for an e-mail response, or you can try calling the Billing department directly to request the removal via phone. If you are unable to proceed via e-mail or phone, there is also the alternative of the Terms of Use form. This can be sent in via e-mail or fax, along with proof of identification, to request the authenticator be removed.
