Bugged frost infusion and gm's have no clue

I have ticketed 2 times now for having completed my frost infusion on sindragosa while frost tombed. Both tickets after having waited for a day each time were given automated responses, even while i was online, that had nothing to do with the problem i was reporting.

I have read on the bug forums people are receiving completion of this quest for having been tombed at the very end of the fight as she was dying which is what happened to me. I would please like the same treatment these other players have received so i don't lose a whole week and a half of the next portion of the ques.

I can provide links to our parses if necessary showing i had the buff her time of death etc.

If you feel your issue was handled incorrectly, that the Game Masters did not fully address the petition, or that this situation merits special review Grale, please feel free to send an email to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. However, currently, the previous Game Master is correct in that we will be unable to assist in the completion of this stage of the quest for you. Otherwise, all I can advise is to attempt this again during your next raid lockout period.
