So today I was on my lock doing some dungeons and questing trying to get to level 64, I went AFK I come back and im logged out AND CANT GET BACK ON said my password was invalid of course I freaked out and changed my password, But then i realized i had an email stating: Account Action: 3 hour suspension and password reset
Reason for Action: In-Game Chat Policy Violation - Advertisement and Spamming
Im POSITIVE I did not spam OR advertise!? Ive been on world of Warcraft for almost 3 years now and NEVER have gotten a suspension, is there a way you can repeat what I said that got me suspended in the first place? sure 3 hours is not long I can obviously handle it but im worried if someone might know my password? Im scanning my computer to be sure but it would really help me if i knew what was the cause :) and if it was me or not

Unfortunately, Kennipowers, chat restrictions may remain on the account for up to 24 hours.

Q u o t e:
I can deal with no chat privliges or trading. I just hope i don't get a perma ban for my first offense ever and all i did was spam trade:( oddly enough i can play with the ah np at all? who knows we will see. thanks for all the post's Kenni

Account closures for chat violations are not very common, usually one learns to abide by our Terms of Use by the time it gets to that point. Closures for first time violations would be unheard of, those are usually reserved for fairly serious violations.
