I was trying to log into the Blizzard store to buy more game time. I tried using my normal WOW username/password and my authenticator. But it wasn''t able to log into Blizzard Store. I thought that my credentials are the same for the WOW account and the Blizzard store.
Now, I can't even log into the WOW game or the Manage Account from www.wolrdofwarcraft.com. It says that my authenticator is "locked out" and that I need to call customer service.
I have tried calling on the phone but the lines are so busy that the recording says to call back later. It won't even let me into a phone queue.
I then sent email several days ago to billing@blizzard.com. I got an automated reply back.
I have been waiting for 3 days and I still can't use my Blizzard account for WOW.
Can someone from customer service please fix my issues!!! I also request a time credit back to my account since I have been without it for several days.
