Will Blizzard Ever Redo Loot System?

Does Blizzard ever intend to add new loot rules for LFD... for instance:

1) Automatic need rolls done for Epic BOEs
2) Automatic need rolls done for and boss orbs
3) Only allowing need rolls for main spec roles - "need only if the main spec doesn't need" as a secondary option

These 3 changes would majorly impact the community in a very positive way.

We're talking about many ways to improve the Dungeon Finder system, including the way looting is done. The system is quite new and popular, so we want to continue iterating upon it. As you might have expected when seeing the "Blizz" logo on this thread on a Friday night though, I don't have any specific details to share just yet. :p
