Bloodlust Battlegroup Lag

The server lag on Kil'jaeden is the worst it has ever been, persisting throughout the week and through off-peak times. Entire guilds are transferring off of the server because conditions are unplayable. The lag is in instances, battlegrounds, and on every continent I have visited.

Everything I want to include has been said before, I'm not going to re-hash it for you blues to waste your time reading, just imagine the worst possible lag with the server breaking down and doing insane things you have never seen before.

Please acknowledge the issue with more than a "we're looking into it" if you can, I would really like some REAL feedback, if not in this thread maybe in another, and perhaps could I get a link to said real response.

Fellow suffering bloodlusters - feel free to post your dismay below.

Unfortunately, Bootsanator, I am unable to provide you with any additional information at this time. Other than to confirm that our Realm Technicians and Database Administrators are aware of these issues and they are working to resolve them as quickly as possible.

There was an issue earlier which was posted in our Service Status forum.

Please continue to report any latency you are experiencing by using the Report Lag feature.

Greetings all, sorry for the late response. I just received an update that they may have found the issue with the instance and Battleground in the Bloodlust battlegroup.

Are you still having an issue queuing up for and entering matches? How is it looking on these realms?

Q u o t e:
Question for Vrakthris (or other blues):

Is it the recommendation of Blizzard that progression raiding guilds transfer off of BG9 to avoid these server issues and be able to progress in a timely manner? And if that is not the recommendation, knowing what you know now would you have made that recommendation a month ago when these lag problems began, as this has heavily impacted our progression?

No, I would never recommend transferring off of a realm that is experiencing a technical issue such as this. Transferring doesn't guarantee that the realm that you are transferring to will be free of issues. If you feel it is worth it to transfer that is your choice, but it wouldn't be my recommendation even when there is a persistent long term issue.
Q u o t e:

I think they do want the progression guilds to transfer. There are like 6 guilds that have switch servers to reduce lag. I know Cuties only transferred off ours. Its big money for them.

Enough people transfer for no other reason then they want to, Redknights. We would never hold off from resolving an issue to encourage the use of the Paid Character Transfer service.

I'm afraid I couldn't make a recommendation on behalf of Blizzard, Redknights. The question was, would I recommend transferring, knowing what I know now.

Personally, no. I would never recommend transferring off of a realm simply because there was a temporary technical issue. If I have made a realm my home and overall I normally enjoy my time there then I would not abandon my realm in the hopes of not experiencing the same issues on another realm.

If such progress is important to you, Redknights, more so then the people on your realm you of course should do what you believe is necessary. I can't make that recommendation for you because I believe the people I adventure with are more important than what we do.

Knowing what I know I can guarantee that these issues will be resolved as quickly as possible and will remain a high priority until they are.
