i try to buy an authentificator on blizzard store, but i cant i have that red phrase at the right side ..( We currently cannot ship to this address...) why? please

As is stated in our FAQ:

Orders from the Blizzard Store can only be shipped to a physical address. We cannot provide shipping to any PO Box, APO or FPO (military addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are trying to ship to a physical address and are still receiving this error message, where are you attempting to send the Authenticator?

Also, make sure you are using the following page to order an Authenticator from outside the United States:
